CITA SELF-HELP AND SUPPORT GROUPS

Currently CITA runs a support groups on Merseyside, which are, used both by patients suffering from anxiety and depression as well as those on tranquilliser withdrawal programmes. These are based at Waterloo Day Hospital on a Monday evening from 6pm to 7.30pm. Further details of these groups can be obtained by contacting the CITA helpline.

In recent years CITA has specialized in advice and withdrawals protocols regarding antidepressants as well as benzodiazepines. Medical professionals or patients may contact us regarding these drugs as a resource.
