CITA has now closed. Following the deaths of Pam Armstrong, her husband David, and also Pam's mother
Hilda, combined with the withdrawal of funding for the charity, the trustees were forced to close CITA. At the final committee meeting
it was decided that this website should remain as a testament to all the hard work put in over the years, and also as a guide for the many
people still struggling with withdrawal from prescription medication.
The Back to Life book which we previously sold / asked donations for is now available as a free download on our Downloads page.
If you, or any you know, is attempting to withdraw from any prescription medication, please do not make any changes to any medication
without consulting a specialist in withdrawal. NEVER suddenly stop taking any medication - it can be very dangerous.
If you need further support please contact http://www.btpinfo.org.uk/contact-us
